AAS is ok, next step is to develop an outline. AIs can be helpful as a first step. Looking for a job, schedule and attendance at these meetings is not clear.  IEEE is ok with using AI to write things but you have to explain in the Acknowledgement section. Step 1: get an outline to guide you in making the article. Ask an AI! Claude.ai is able to take long docs like a thesis. Ask it to suggest a detailed outline for a scientific article on the thesis.
