  • Today DB, MB, TT reviewed the problem and the solution approach of apportioning cites among multiple authors using normalized interval midpoints.
  • MB: has identified a review paper to work from. Built some calculating functionality. Problem with some papers having large numbers of authors (like 100).
  • TT: Considering questions involving comparing fields... also need to critically compare the method with related methods at some point... and other problems. 
  • If an article is identified that we can read together, we will do that as well.

IEEE is ok with using AI to write things but you have to explain in the Acknowledgement section. Step 1: get an outline to guide you in making the article. Ask an AI! Claude.ai is able to take long docs like a thesis. Ask it to suggest a detailed outline for a scientific article on the thesis. Ask ChatGPT too.
